MPASS (The Marketplace for Acquisition of Strategic Supply) was designed with the intention of being a medium of exposure for small manufacturers looking to not only help support the GIB (government industrial base) but also integrate themselves into the DIB (defense industrial base).

Our goal is to make transactions between non-traditional defense contractors and the government (more specifically the military) easier. That way USG (United States Government) gets what it needs, when it is needed and small manufacturers get quick past performance while also integrating themselves into the DIB. With the times we are in there is no wiggle room for near-peer adversaries to be as entangled in our nationally critical supply chains as they are - especially when we have so many manufacturers within CONUS (Continental United States) that can help meet immediate needs. 

With our HUBZone status, preparation of necessary reporting data ahead of time and our understanding of the hurdles associated with purchasing under the SAP/SAT level we bring small manufacturers (like UC) to organizations that could use them.
