MPASS is a tool that the underutilized textile industrial base could use as a means of giving their companies, brands, and products exposure with governmental and institutional customers.
In this category of MPASS we look to bring the following textile industrial base stakeholders to the forefront for federal, municipal, and institutional credit card buyers: 1. American textile manufacturers (of both commodity and industrial apparel pieces); 2. American embellishers with American made product; and (in certain circumstances) 3. American owned businesses embellishing or finishing reportable products.
(Reportable means the buyer is not having to obtain a waiver because your product/service is not from a Mandatory Supply Source, American made (Berry Compliant and/or Buy American Act compliant), and/or TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant).
